Eric:
I believe Ben has posted in the past that at some point, this company will be bought out by a larger company. Since management is open to that, I would not be at all surprised to see something like that occur next year as the software becomes popular and others take note of the programming tools held by the company. This is just a hunch on my part. I'm holding my shares with an average price well above current price and trying to scare up some more dough to put in this stock. Unfortunately, all my penny stocks temporarily have fallen on hard times.

As far as outstanding shares is concerned, I can't put my finger on the latest figures. In 1996, there were 30 mil shares authorized, and about 5.5 million outstanding. There are about 1.2 mil shares of preferred stock authorized, and about 155,000 shares issued. This is convertible next Jan. 2, at a rate of .8 shares of common per share of preferred, but the value of the preferred is $1.00/share, so none of this would be converted at our current price. The float is very low on this stock. You can check on current figures by accessing the recent 10K on Edgar.
