More possible bad news for Struthers (as if it can get any worse)...
Officials of Nasdaq are meeting tomorrow to decide whether or not to delist roughly half of the 6,800 traded companies on the Nasdaq OTC Bulletin Board. This is primarily to clean the Nasdaq's reputation and remove questionable companies from the board to protect investors. Some companies on the bulletin board are reputable companies that may just be getting started. Others, such as SIIS, who have received several complaints, failed to make filings, etc, stand a good chance of losing their listing status and will be relegated to the dreaded Pink Sheets. This will kill any remaining marketability for this stock. My suggestion: Take the painful tax loss (you'll feel better about it next April), pocket the change or buy something for the stocking for Christmas, and wait around to join the class action lawsuits which will most likely be coming down the pike soon. Don't be surprised if we start seeing license holders start pulling their licenses back from Wincom, since Wincom has failed to fullfill their terms of the contracts. Without licenses, this stock is crap. Sorry to be a downer guys, but eventually you have to know when to fold them, and we should have folded them a long time ago.
