Geoff- This news emphasizes 2 lessons which I needed to be reminded of: A deal ain't done until it's done. And: Wait until the dust settles. I think that it will all go through as planned, but PCOM will end up with some concessions from ACX. The risk is that ACX will back down and then NWP (still owns 46%) will be angry with LaVoy and Kaufmann. This could be a verrrrry risky move on their part. But I think it's in our best interest.
