Adam, Actually I disagree with you that BAY is in any way shape or form a "DOG". I'm not suggesting the stock will not go lower in the near term, but, Bay Networks longer term outlook is nothing short of phenomenal. Don't be surprised if smart money is accumulating despite DLJ's modest downgrade because there is nothing fundamentally wrong with BAY or most others in the networking segment. IMO, clearly a BUYING opportunity! Tom Goodrich
