I made a wonderful discovery about my Nokia Lumia 1020 phone yesterday. I had bought the " Nokia PD-95G BLACK PD-95G Camera Grip and Extra Battery for Lumia 1020" for it and loved what it did for the camera but it made a large phone even more bulky to carry. By chance, I had bought the "Nokia Lumia 920 / 925 / 822 / 1020 Rugged Holster Pouch Case With Metal clip" for it for a total of ten bucks including shipping at Amazon. It is well made and by slipping the cover in behind the phone the 1020 fit snugly in it with the Camera Grip attached to it. Solved the carry problem. It also works fine without the camera grip attached. The holster comes with an attached stylus/pen if you are into that sort of thing.

As I mentioned in my prior post, I bought the 1020 unlocked and use it without the internet connection and texting ability. I still think that is the best way to buy it. There are now quite a few companies that will sell you a smart phone internet connection for about $25 a month on a month to month basis if you need that end of it. T&T gets $80 a month. Highway robbery, IMO. Amazon sells the phone for about $200 locked and $700 unlocked. Doesn't take long to save the $500 extra for it and you can always resell the phone for a good price.
