Are you guys saying that IOM would be so crafty as to lure Nomai into spending all that money in R&D, production costs, etc., and then turn around; put the disk prism back in and crush the competition, after they've blown their cash in the development process? If so, KE and the gang are brilliant. What gets me is that Nomai has to have some set to think that they can pirate IOM's technology and get away with it. They didn't even ask for a licensing agreement to manufacture the disks. Maxell, Sony, and Fuji to name a few all have agreements with IOM. I can't see how any court would feel that Nomai is any different than them. But being a physician, you know how much faith I have in the courts and attorneys..Between positive earnings 1/15 and the "favorable court victory" 1/23, seems like a good time to sell some naked puts
