NXP Semiconductors N.V. Joins the NASDAQ-100 Index

Index Composed of the 100 Largest Non-Financial Stocks Listed on NASDAQ

EINDHOVEN, THE NETHERLANDS--(Marketwired - Dec 16, 2013) - NXP Semiconductors N.V. ("NXP") (NASDAQ: NXPI) today announced that it has been added to the NASDAQ-100 Index(R) by The NASDAQ Stock Market, effective with the market open on Monday, December 23, 2013. The NASDAQ-100 Index is composed of the 100 largest non-financial stocks listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market based on market capitalization.
