The choice should be stated as Android users must choose either functionality or privacy and security.

The article says Android users must choose either privacy or security on Android devices, but not both.

That's wrong, because to get security you must choose privacy.

If you want that privacy and security, you can't use the phone or any of the apps that are on it.

But, hey, why shouldn't the makers of your flashlight app have access to your contacts list, your location, your phone call history, your web browsing history and all your passwords?
