I'm hoping your market forecast is not as accurate as your weather prediction.

I assure you it will be totally accurate, but it need not be relevant. There is no such thing as "the market". It's merely an abstraction of the set of stocks. People look at averages and believe all manner of nonsensical things. I discovered 40 years ago that there was no correlation between my performance and that of the averages. You have to be average to perform like the averages, that is, averages minus execution friction. Don't do that. Keep your portfolio small, carry a good cash position, when interest rates rise hold one or two short positions. If you buy low in developing deals, you can do well in any market.

I said hoping not betting against.

Never bet against me. You don't have to be doing what I'm doing, but don't take the opposite position because what I do is follow the intrinsic market, the internal market of ET flow, the market of what people do vs the lie of price.

How many years is this current ice age you predicted going to last?

No ice age. Just a reversion to the norm which should last at least to 2020 or 2030. Colder and dryer winters. Hotter summers.

CA is definitely headed for a '77 style drought. The enviros ran down the reservoirs to flush out the central valley waterways, feed the fish, do other stupid things that waste water, because their global warming theories misled them to believe there would be indefinite wet winters in CA, so the drought will be mostly synthetic.
