Frank: Thanks for your reply; it's nice to hear from others who feel this way, as I do. Not that I hear from a lot of people who feel that CWP won't do well; on the contrary, the trade rags always seem to have good news but most people I visit with are unfamiliar with CWP.

Good luck with your investment. I have had very good, quick responses from the CWP website when I've dropped them an e-mail. A good source of info. Regards. ...Tim
