One thing that could be helpful to posters on SI, to avoid some of the common mistakes like "their, there" or "it's, its" [something I am guilty of because I hate editing] would be to use Outlook or Word. Though not perfect, they do alert you to possible errors.

I also hate when people referencing a company use "who" instead of "which."

Rule 1
Who refers to people. That and which refer to groups or things.

Examples:
Anya is the one who rescued the bird.
Lokua is on the team that won first place.
She belongs to an organization that specializes in saving endangered species.
