Eugene: One has to look at the trade off. The techies with less international exposure will face tough competition for their products due to cheap imports, such as DDs. DD makers are well-positioned to make stuff cheap and sell them here. Their main problem is competition among themselves which will reduce a lot due to capital crunch in Asia.
