Yes I'm sure they do.

I recall them saying the accountant tells me I must either pay taxes of buy a new tractor.

So after a good year they need depreciation or pay the big Gov.

That being said I'm sure it doen't happen every year.

Now the big farmers buy track hoes to make barns with.

Feed mixers which is newer technology.

Based on the cows age and milk stats they custom mix ground corn wheat cottonseed and vitamins and feed older cattle different from younger.

It is getting complex.
