To All, Joke for the day, Those who live in glass houses shouldn't leave thier lights on at night.
To Prudent Investor,
Mr. Allen Burditt is a consultant with Oilex. He has considerable experience in the oil industry and an extensive back ground in management. He is NOT part of corporate management nor is he member of the board of directors for Oilex. For your review under item 4 of the 10SB (Sept. 1997) Mr. Burditt owned 100% of Phoenix Reserves, Inc. a Nevada corporation. As stated in previous 10SB Phoenix Reserves, Inc. owned 8,685,378 shares of Oilex. Mr.Burditt performs services as requested by Oilex in his capacity as consultant.

But you already know this, having been a close personal friend of Mr.burditt over many years. This leads us to the following....
Query,
Is it true your current focus in Oilex started when your friend Allen Burditt acting in his capacity as advisor to the board revived and recommended, the Company not peruse a business transaction that he believed was not in the best interest of Oilex? The Baron also has Allen Burditt's business card and you failed to mention that it states he is "Advisor to the Board." We have requested documentation on the transaction from Oilex which reflects your part in the transaction and will share when we receive. In reviewing previous threads we see part of the correspondence was already posted by you. Question: Why did you not post all of it? We ask, "....is your thread participation personal or informative?" As our favorite corespondent once said, "...and now the rest of the story."
Special Special Note To All:
THE COMPANY HAS DECLARIED THE FIRST BIG FOOT WELL TO BE COMMERCIAL, THE WORK ON THE SECOND WELL WAS COMPLETED EARLY THIS AM. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD NUMBERS WILL BE AVAILABLE TOMORROW. WELL FOUR, BIG FOOT, WILL BE AT TD WITH IN FOUR HOURS.
Thanks The Baron |
