My feeling is first all tech stocks are getting hammered today due to Asia, Oracle etc.

But after CYBR revealed "cash squeeze" and the use of factoring, it took the bloom off this rose. I don't think you will see many buyers when the stock is still trading at high levels and the questions regarding sales remain. I expect it to drift to 10-12 over next 30 days.
