The women, kids and minorities will pay when the old white guys are gone.
Right now more women graduate from college than men. In the real estate world they have taken over real estate, mortgage lending and the title companies.

And the women do a much better job every place they replace men that I have seen.

There are certain jobs where women can excel in spite of biology. And this is something that most liberals like to ignore. The disparity in jobs and pay between women and men has everything to do with biology. Though the desire to have babies can be socialized out of some women, in most cases, women hit a certain age and they hear that biological clock ticking and they want to have babies. And in many cases...the healthy cases, they want to raise them for a few years. That can mean that a woman can be taken out of the workforce for 5 to 10 years...or more. That means that women who haven't had children yet are a risk to a company who has to invest in her training.

Real estate is perfect for women who leave to go have children. They can come back and get back up to speed in a relatively short period of time. In my industry, five or ten years is hard to recover from. Hell, a two year gap in your resume is a huge obstacle to overcome.

As far as people who live on entitlements, regardless of race or gender, there is nothing that will change their behavior. Certainly not to the extent that they can contribute more than that which they can stuff in their face in the very short term.

Old angry white guys have contributed more than their fair share for as long as this country has been around.
