Yes, chowder... and I agree on SRE... I'm glad I got in when I did with my initial investment in the low 20s and then added to bring up to full position in 50s. It has been one of my best in total returns and has taken a more aggressive approach to divvies and divvy growth... as we've been saying lately, my luck beats skill every time -- of course, some would argue you have to put yourself in a position to be lucky, too... and that takes both luck and skill <ggg>
