risky, Torchlight Energy (TRCH) is in this same deal with GST and has 15% W.I. in about 9,000 gross acres in the play. Their latest presentation even shows a copy of a slide from GST's presentation. Curious whether you've ever looked at TRCH. They've recently graduated to the NASDAQ. They are also in another project with Husky Ventures, who is the operator of this Hunton deal, in Kansas.

I believe TRCH's stock price has gotten a bit ahead of itself, probably due to the anticipation of them getting uplisted to the NASDAQ, but they are doing some great things in the field and the stock warrants being on your radar screen for consideration when the stock price comes back down to earth, IMO. They are very thinly traded at the moment but I believe the conversion of some deep in the money convertible notes, combined with blockbuster ops updates such as what GST just put out, should bring in plenty of volume.

BTW, the Hunton is not a shale but rather a carbonate, similar to the Miss. Lime.
