I don't have Level II, but from what David is saying that Herzog was dropping the best ASK then jumped on the BID. Therefore the other MM's not to cross had to lower their BIDs. Then Herzog jumps in with the best BID trying to buy more than he sold? Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. JeffG
