civil fraud charges

A government scam to extract money from the public with the banks as intermediaries. A cost of doing business to the banks and the Fed or Treasury will make them whole through a back door anyway.

Where are the criminal fraud charges.

The current working theory is that fraud is an unfortunate happenstance without active players.
