Someone here asked me a while back if I thought there was a bubble in Ca real estate. We bought a new house in 2010 and it's now up over 40%- almost hitting the value of its pre-real estate crash high- though it has a few hundred thousand to go before it hits that, but it's getting close. And plenty of places in the really hard hit areas, like Stockton, are up over 100%. So yeah, maybe another bubble.
