Viagra will have a very large market (if safe and effective), but my guess is it will enlarge the overall market, since Viagra will only be about 50-60% effective. Not only will the failures look for another treatment, but Viagra will bring hundreds of thousands if not millions of new patients (as you can imagine, many men are not eager to admit this problem) into their doc's offices. But the local delivery is one reason it works so well. Apparently, once the user has gotten used to it, its no big deal. Of course its much better to just pop a pill, but the pill will not work for all. As of now, I am just watching the stock.
