It is a bit of a hit piece actually. The public has a right to know if an industry like JBI hs a spill, but it does seema bit overblown. And what does buying land in Buffalo have to do with it? They are worried about JBI polluting Buffalo land? And the SEC suit is thrown in for good measure... LOL it is a bit of a mixed bag of unrelated things.
