Hi Jim--I agree with your thoughts

The only question in my mind is whether there is much further downside left in the techs at this point. The savaging the techs have taken reminds me of what happened to the techs in 1983 -- after being devastated for six months or so, they came back and within a year had doubled in price.

What are your thoughts regarding how much down-side is left to some of the sectors that looked washed out??
