Robert, et. al. I do recall from one of the C.C. s that Akins said Samsung has an ArF laser. I do not have a link as a source. It maybe in one of the transcribed C.C.s, if not there then it must have been in the Q2 C.C. As an aside, I will be in the southern Calf area for the holidays and had planned to visit Cymer. L. Cole (IR) politely shot down my request. She said they will be making tours available in 98. So after you visit Sea World and the Zoo take the tour bus to Cymer! I'll stop by the plant just to see it, maybe walk in the front door and see what happens. As a matter of shareholder protocol I think this is within my rights. I don't expect them to let me walk around their clean rooms with dirty socks on, then fire off a few laser rounds at the brett & jay poster in the lunch room. Maybe I'll hang out in one of the local restuarants at lunch and see if I can talk to some employees to get the worker bee prespective.<g> Anything noteworthy I'll be sure to post.
