Ya, meaning go to "high" (yet legal, in case any police or my insurance is reading this) speed obtained at the bottom, and use lightest possible accelerator to keep speed in a safe region for the location. == coast
Going at constant speed is not the best for mileage.
In other words, accelerating heavy uphill eats up the most gas.
Of course situations and social graces require eating gas on occasion.
