excellent points and well written. all in all, one
of the best rants i've read. i agree completely.

what surprises me is the complacency of the
responses to it.

i guess the only way to get to the administrators is
through their pocket book. if enough people leave
the site because of issues like this, s.i might comply
and give posters more control over their own posts.
