So the 2MM shares will need to be bought back. The short squeeze in 1999 had only 500K and you did do illegal shorting to help you at that time and throughout 2000-2007 where you were repeatedly on the REG SHO violation list.

You don't have that luxury any more. Float is about 11MM out of the 19.8 that not in strong hands and volume is nil. No one will sell you shares and not enough traders and price volatility to bring them in.

As far as valuation, REFR is priceless, like a biotech with an endless pipeline of approved drugs in large markets (not my analogy). It's the royalties we want our share of, stock price is moot. The more stock the more income. The lower the price, the more stock we can own. Bought at 38 and at 1.68. Have no problem saying it would have been a horrible stock to trade, one of many, but a fantastic stock to accumulate. it will cost more now to do so. It will also cost more than the highest price I paid. No one has heard of SPD and no one has ever seen a business model like this.
