Panda's looking really good -- since they don't have any real orders or commitments, we can feel secure that there will be no cancelled orders from SE Asia. <g> Seriously, if they are beating the bushes for financing right now, they're discovering the chilling effect worldwide panic can have on speculative investment. Where's that greater fool going to come from now that Asian baccarat players and Russian "businessmen" require IMF bailouts?
