No, but Zacks has a rating based on earnings estimate upgrades and downgrades that they claim to have signficicant predictive value. I don't know if anybody else has verified their 'studies' that claim to show this. Stocks where estimates are progressively increased get a top Zacks rating, and vice versa, on a scale of 1 to 5. You can see their ratings on your favorite stock with a trial subscription at ultra.zacks.com
