Is it to little to late? Everything is being destroyed.... RUT Russell 2000 Small Caps 1-Minute Chart Flash Spike and Flash Crash in 15 Minutes Time The market erratic behavior continues. The RUT, a major market index, catapults nearly 7% in the opening seconds. 7% in seconds!!! And then collapses about 6% a few minutes later!!! Everyone is drunk on eggnog not paying attention. Traders do not believe there is anything to worry about in the markets. No word yet on the reason for the dramatic event. Perhaps HFT (high-frequency trading) colliding with low volume.
