Paul, also shorted QCOM at 70 ... we think alike, my dear. But closed my QCOM short at 65 (lost my nerve during a rally!) and went long leaps today at 61ish. Expecting stock to hold at 58 and may add to position or sell puts.

btw, I've been posting to short into market strength and rallies and still hold that view. Gets kind of tough to do when the media is hyping the Santa Claus rally and analysts come out with upgrades so distribution by the funds can occur.

Disk drive makers, what great shorts! Hindsight is perfect. But you did say that you expected more weakness so I hope you took part in the slide, on the short side.
