Tim No solar design can provide power with virtually 100% reliability. Really... Have you ever been to a "off grid" home?? My home "off the grid" has had 100% reliable power since about 2000. Not one cycle of AC missing (that translates into 1/60 of a second) or DC for that matter. Not a single moving part! No fossil fuels.. There are at least 25 homes on Stuart island that are doing that at this very minute. Anyone of us would be very happy to show you how it works.. There are a number of homes here in the Seattle area with that reliability too. Come on up here. There is an organization here that could give you a tour. Eric
