Apples and oranges. SS only says that people need a guarantee was most cannot figure or unlucky enough that they need a long term dependent check to get by in old age.

That is all and it is true. They don't live high on the hog, they just survive and the paid into it. Raise the cap and it is good for 75 years.

And SS brought millions of destitute lives to live comfortably and with dignity. Social Security was pure fucking genius!!

You are making a loose correlation between help and dependency with no evidence to back it up.
