Which would totally defeat one of the most important attributes a corporation must have -- continuity of life. Corporations having continuity of life is a key reason the United States has prospered through difficult times and been able to survive desperate circumstances (like the Obama presidency).

So, while it may fit your personal need to have an entity to pick on it really doesn't serve American interests to be trying to find ways to drag down business.
