They, all of them, need another source of funds, and that source must be large and liquid. Where can they find that?

ROW. Investors in Western countries are frustrated by central bank zero interest rate policy and high valuations in bond and stock markets. The PBOC would have to allow free capital movement in and out of the country. It would lose some of its grip on the Chinese economy but that's the price of freedom and prosperity.
