What Columbo did was post private contact information containing shareholders' addresses which he hacked from the company's site, and then blamed Microsoft's Front Page. Just because you feel the company might be a scam, and just because Front Page was easy to hack, does that make it right to publicly post share private information, including the addresses of shareholders? NO!

If someone disagreed with your investment decisions, and then posted your name and address which they obtained by hacking, can you honestly tell me you would be a happy camper?
