I've never been in favor of the high speed rail as proposed. What caught my eye in your post was the assertion that a judge had ruled California go bankrupt over pensions and since I'm visiting my folks in Ohio right now, I was concerned I'd missed some key news and wanted to know where you got that news.

Glad I could make you laugh on Christmas... but maybe you should cut back on the booze.
