BP wants to sweep the oil spill disaster under the rug and go on as usual ,they have come out of the gate running,but leaving all kinds of ruins in their wake,they don't deserve a pass from their incompetent drilling and remember their many past accidents in their refining buisness.,lives have even been lost,and the beat goes on for them.Thanks to the judge for standing up for companies who have been harmed... .ATP share holders need to also be compensated for BP negligence that caused the Gov to shut down Gulf drilling.
