Maybe Jacksonville taking advantage of problems in other parts of FL to the south..Has much lower costs, less traffic and better climate for year round living and attracting STEM type businesses. Ties in to Atlanta growth as well. Huge expansion in the port at Savannah. Mega growth regions Central FL and metro Atlanta will be near the top in population and GDP in 20 years. Along with Houston, Dallas, DC, SF and of course the top three NYC, Chicago and LA will distance themselves from the many other regions in the 5-7M population range like a Boston, Miami, Philly, Detroit, Phoenix ect.. But Jacksonville can carve it's own niche like similar sized areas as Raleigh, SLC and Austin. Times are a changing even the political ramifications of these seismic shifts no one really talks about..
