Linda, VVUS is not dead by a long shot. What the company needs to make clear is whether Demand has remained constant and whether it is growing. Production shortfalls are a temporary phenomena. Demand short falls are of greater concern. Luckily, I sold out yesterday (at a loss) and day traded today (at a profit). If you can be by a screen, there will be terrific day trading opportunities in the next few days as margin calls and as shorts cover and as additional news comes out.
