How? You have no idea how. And not according to the supreme court. Shredding the constitution are faux talking points and no one ever says what that even means. Because they don't know. They just say it because it sounds profound and they think justifies their position. But the constitution made the supreme court the final arbiter. << Obama is shredding our Constitution, that's the biggest problem you're supporting.
