Yes,

It just depends what your utilities power mix is.

Mine is 98% hydro.

Some in Eastern Washington are 100% hydro and are paying only 3 pennies per KwHr.

I have to pay 4.9 cents per KwHr.

Drat

To drive 240 miles would cost me about $2.94 worth of electricity.

I wonder how much a ICE would cost in fuel over 240 miles??
