Audun, apparently, in addition to the factors you mention, the previously announced (10-q) conversion of debt to equity has been continuing. Even a small number of new shares on the market given the bad pr, company silence, and lack of concrete news from Vermont, can't help but depress the share price. And this will continue for awhile. If we have the Vermont permit announcement, the the project financing announcement mid October, any steep increase in share price will be damped by Warrant conversions, which will be needed to raise much needed working capital. Awhile back I possted a list of outstanding warrants and their call prices. Most are in the $4 range. Allan
