Jim is correct with respect to the fact a USB news release is like crying wolf.

A recent post of ours indicated TMSR dropped its Top Gun USB project (as reported by a leading industry publication) which was launched under identical fanfare. It (USB, Windows 98 nor TOP GUN USB) never happened. Why should it happen in 98? What quarter? TMSR did not stand behind any projected numbers which said NEC alliance represents, so why should the street pay attention? They will not. In that respect, a USB announcement is a non-event to the street, or worse: "Didn't they say that once before and nothing happened?". Unless a release can be supported by numbers which are material, i.e. represent 10+% of fiscal year revenues TMSR would have been more prudent to invest the news release $ [shareholder] elsewhere.

The thinking behind this release was flawed, given all known facts and secondary offering, in our opinion, or perhaps was done for some other reason as Jim suggested.
