All the best to the 2013 precious metal survivors and casualties alike, for a much better 2014. This was another year where having a twitchy finger was a great thing to have, especially when it was poised over the sell button. Better still was to not be in the sector at all for the last 3 years, to state the obvious. I also bought last week, positions in AKG, KGI, DGC, PG, BTO and DPM. It just felt like too many people are convinced we aren't only going to test $1100, but that it is going to be tested right now. There's tax loss selling and there's TAX LOSS SELLING, and when we've had gains like we've seen in the other sectors, it makes sense that the capitalized kind of TLS was happening in Dec.
