Wow, look at the RUT weekly chart ..... this is the 3 year chart. I looked at the 10 year chart and couldnt find an upside breakout that compares with this in 10 years. BUT MAYBE IT WILL BE DIFFERENT THIS TIME. dumped the little TNA I had this am and took som TZA but then again.... I think my etrade chart has a glitch making the spike look higher than it actually was.... but havnt been watching that closely this week.
