What's amazing to me is the disconnect between market expectations (i.e., the NG futures market) and such reports. There are certain points I would agree with - including production is being fuel by cheap debt, production with recent NG prices not sustainable over time, etc. Others I would disagree with, and part of that is just looking at particular points in time which context is not provided for (i.e., NG pricing in 2008 vs now).

But with expectations for LNG facilities, growth in NG/NGL liquids use in manufacturing (especially chemicals), and overall population growth, how is it possible that the futures market doesn't have a $5 print for NG until late 2022???
