No analyst is going to stick his/her neck out at this point in time and recommend ORCL. That's because they know it isn't going back to $30 anytime soon. A technical rebound is in the works. My target remains at $26 - $27 short term...then back to test new lows for the year. It's a traders stock now. V.K
