You live in lala land. You don't want the FDA and governments inspecting your food and products? Are you crazy? Individuals don't have the ability to inspect foreign imports and many of them are dangerous.

If a product has poisonous stuff in it how would you know? And who wants the right to take poisonous stuff?

No really. When a product is regulated you often are not allowed to make your own decision at all. And not just on products that have been found to be harmful, or even just not effective, but also products that haven't gone through the billion dollar plus process (per approval including the cost of unapproved drugs) to get approved.
